Terms and Conditions

Delegates who opt to cancel their booking can apply for a full refund up until 28th September 2022. Once the conference begins, no refunds will be issued.

We strongly advise that if you need a visa to attend this conference you apply as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. Please notice that it is your responsibility to make every effort to obtain the visa and the decision to issue one rests solely with the appropriate authorities. We will send out an invitation letter to your email address to support your visa application.

COVID-19: The health and safety of delegates is of paramount importance to NZF Worldwide and if it takes the decision to postpone or change the format of the conference to an online event due to the COVID-19 pandemic or for any similar reason, delegates will be permitted to cancel their registration within the 14 days following our communication of the change. In these circumstances, NZF Worldwide will refund in full the registration fee paid but it will not accept liability for any other costs that delegates may have incurred such as hotel or travel expenses, etc. NZF Worldwide will always endeavour to give delegates at least 1 months’ notice of any proposed change of date or format but it cannot guarantee that this will be possible on every occasion.

If NZF Worldwide has to cancel the event, our liability is limited to a full refund of the registration fees only. We will not be liable for any other costs associated with the cancellation of the event (such as hotel and travel costs).
